Giving an overview to the participating teachers on the theory and practice of the student-centred organisation of learning. The participants can experience the positive affect of the method which can motivate them to know more about the theory and to try some experienced methods.
It is a teacher trainig programme with 17 contact lessons. Three hours of practice and reflection is added to the contact lessons, so the whole training has 20 lessons for participants. The training is divided into three parts. The first two parts have 6 lessons each and the third part has 5 lessons. After the first two training days participants have to choose some new methods that they try in their daily practice. They reflect on their experiences on the last day of the training.

3. Third day: Experiences and reflections of the every-day use of some new methods (5 lessons)
The activities are organised in two small groups, organised in parallel. Participants work with those topics, which they have tried.

3.1.2 Experiences on the realization of the personal learning support
3.2 Second round
3.2.1 Experiences on the realization of students' needs in the framework of project based learning.
3.2.2 Experiences on the realization of the realization of the wellbeing of students and teachers.
3.3 Summary and closing
Group working is a typical element of the training. It is based on the daily experiences of the participating teachers.
It can be used as a whole programme with its 20 lessons, but you can separte it into 4 different workshops, in two versions: with or without practice and reflection.
